A therapeutic intensive is an extended, focused therapy experience designed to create meaningful progress in a condensed period of time.

Rather than meeting weekly, we dedicate several consecutive hours—or multiple days—to deeply explore a specific issue or goal. Intensives are ideal for individuals who want concentrated support around betrayal, religious trauma, addiction recovery, relationship repair, life transitions, or entrenched patterns that need sustained attention.

This format allows us to:

• Move beyond surface-level insight

• Process core experiences more thoroughly

• Develop concrete action and integration plans

• Reduce the stop-start rhythm of weekly sessions
